- Cut the meat into approx. 5 mm thick and 3-4 cm large slices and fry in approx. 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the onions and fry briefly.
- Then add the oyster sauce, the chicken seasoning, the two soy sauces, the sugar and, if you like, a little pepper, mix well and cover and let simmer.
- To thicken the sauce a little, optionally stir about one tablespoon of flour in about 30 ml of water, add and mix.
- Garnish with a little chili and spring onion rings and serve with rice, for example.
