Season the minced meat as usual and fry it in a large saucepan with a little oil, add the chopped onion and fry with it. Wash the peppers, remove the inner skins, cut into small pieces and add to the minced meat, stew briefly.
Add the white beans with the stock, the green beans and the kidney beans (each drained), the ketchup and the chili sauce. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Let simmer for about 30 minutes.
