Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 can beans, green beans
- 1 can kidney beans, large or 2 small
- 1 can beans, white, with soup greens
- 1 bottle ketchup, 750ml
- 1 bottle chilli sauce, barbecue sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 dash Tabasco
- some oil

- Season the minced meat as usual and fry it in a large saucepan with a little oil, add the chopped onion and fry with it. Wash the peppers, remove the inner skins, cut into small pieces and add to the minced meat, stew briefly.
- Add the white beans with the stock, the green beans and the kidney beans (each drained), the ketchup and the chili sauce. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Let simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Tastes even better when warmed up.
