Ingredients
- 2 kg potato (s), cooked. peeled off
- 1 large apple
- 4 cucumber (s), sour
- 1 can vegetables, (Mexi mixture)
- 1 jar mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- some Milk

- Slice the potatoes and place in a suitable bowl.
- Peel and finely dice the apple. The pickles too. Add the vegetables to the potatoes together with the can. Mix everything together.
- Add the mayonnaise to the salad and pour some milk into the glass, shake and add. Mix everything well and season generously with salt and pepper. Close the bowl and refrigerate until ready to eat.
- It is best to take the salad out of the refrigerator 1/2 hour beforehand, as the aroma can then develop better.
