Instructions

  1. Drain the red beans and corn. Cut the spring onions into fine rings and chop the Gouda (how much is really a matter of taste, I always take 200 to 300 grams) into small cubes. Mix everything together!
  2. For the salad dressing, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and beat a little frothy. Mix with the salad and you`re done!
  3. Good Appetite!
