Ingredients
- 1 can beans, red
- 2 cans corn
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 piece (s) cheese (Gouda)
- 5 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- some mustard
- salt
- pepper

- Drain the red beans and corn. Cut the spring onions into fine rings and chop the Gouda (how much is really a matter of taste, I always take 200 to 300 grams) into small cubes. Mix everything together!
- For the salad dressing, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and beat a little frothy. Mix with the salad and you`re done!
