Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in 2 1/2 liters of salted water for 11 minutes. Cut the sausage into slices, peel and chop the garlic. Fry the vegetables in the oil over a high heat for approx. 2 minutes while turning. Add the sausage and garlic, fry, pour in the cream. Reduce a little, season and add pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan.
