Peel the potatoes, cut in half and cut into wedges.
For the marinade, mix the sesame oil with the spices, harissa and sambal oelek and then pour over the potato wedges. Finally add the sesame seeds and mix everything well.
Spread the marinated potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the hot oven for 30 minutes until crispy.
Goes well with fresh herbal quark, grilled meat and burgers.
