Wash the lettuce leaves, sprouts and cucumber and pat dry. Cut the cucumber into slices. Wash the pepper, remove the stones and white partitions. Finely dice the peppers and stir into the cream cheese with the milk and horseradish. Season the mixture with pepper. Halve the bread slice. Brush one half with the cheese mixture, top with lettuce, cucumber, turkey breast and sprouts. Put the second half on top.
