Dissolve the yeast in the milk with the sugar and let rise in a warm place for 10-12 minutes.
Whisk the butter with salt and eggs, add the yeast and work with the flour to make a yeast dough (you may need more than 500 g of flour).
Divide the dough into 12 portions and twist into braids. Let rise on the tray for another 30-45 minutes, e.g. on the heater or at a very low temperature (approx. 35 degrees) in the oven.
Then preheat the oven to 190 degrees top-bottom heat.
Mix the tomato paste with the oil and pizza seasoning. Brush braids with it and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
