Stir dumpling powder into 3/8 liter of water. Grate the cheese, knead half of it with the eggs and grated nutmeg into the dumpling dough. Allow to swell for 10 minutes.
Steam the spinach with onions and garlic, add the minced meat and fry briefly.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Grease a springform pan, distribute the dough in it and push the edge up a little. Spread the minced spinach mixture on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake everything in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
