Ingredients
- 1 package ready mix for dumplings half and half
- 250 g cheese (Gouda)
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- 1 packet spinach, boy
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 large onion (s), finely diced
- 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoon margarine
- 600 g minced beef
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- some cherry tomato (s)

- Stir dumpling powder into 3/8 liter of water. Grate the cheese, knead half of it with the eggs and grated nutmeg into the dumpling dough. Allow to swell for 10 minutes.
- Steam the spinach with onions and garlic, add the minced meat and fry briefly.
- Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Grease a springform pan, distribute the dough in it and push the edge up a little. Spread the minced spinach mixture on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake everything in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
