Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, yeast, a little sugar and salt in a bowl. Add butter and milk and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for about half an hour.
  2. Put the spinach dripping wet in a large saucepan and cover and let collapse over medium heat. Put in a colander and drain well. Finely chop the garlic and sauté in oil. Add the spinach, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir well and remove from the fire.
