Thaw the spinach with the water in the pot and simmer gently. Press the garlic into the spinach (I like a lot of garlic and use at least 4 thick cloves) and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream and Gorgonzola and let them melt in the sauce. Season again with salt and pepper, possibly with a little garlic. We also eat spaghetti or other pasta.
