Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (fan oven 180 ° C). If necessary, defrost the spinach in a saucepan over low heat. Beat the eggs until frothy, mix with the spinach and grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with parmesan. Spread the spinach and egg mixture evenly on top. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown and allow to cool.
Turn the spinach and egg plate over, brush with cream cheese and spread the ham on top. Carefully roll up from the long side and wrap in cling film.
Chill for at least 3.5 hours. Before serving, cut into slices and fix with a toothpick if necessary.
