Instructions

  1. The ingredients are sufficient for a tray of homemade or pre-purchased pizza dough.
  2. Thaw the spinach. Finely chop the first onion and sweat it in a little olive oil. Squeeze in the garlic and fry briefly. Add the spinach and let it get really hot. Then put the processed cheese in and wait until it has dissolved. Now there is so much milk that the mass is no longer completely thick. You should be able to spread them nicely on the pizza dough afterwards. Finally, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Cut the remaining onions into thin rings.
