Roast the pine nuts in the pan, set aside. Quarter cocktail tomatoes, dice cucumber, dice feta, dice avocado.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Fry the onion.
Sear the strips of chicken breast in vegetable oil, fry with the lid on (lid for juiciness), season with salt and pepper.
Wash the spinach, place in the salad bowl with the other ingredients, mix. Leave a little spinach and fry in the pan with a clove of garlic, season with salt and pepper.
Mix everything well, preferably always stir well in between.
