Ingredients
- 1 sachet spinach leaves
- 1 packet cocktail tomatoes
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 avocado (s)
- 800 g sliced chicken
- 1 packet feta cheese
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- pine nuts
- Parmesan
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon cranberries from the glass
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Vegetable oil for frying

- Roast the pine nuts in the pan, set aside. Quarter cocktail tomatoes, dice cucumber, dice feta, dice avocado.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Fry the onion.
- Sear the strips of chicken breast in vegetable oil, fry with the lid on (lid for juiciness), season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the spinach, place in the salad bowl with the other ingredients, mix. Leave a little spinach and fry in the pan with a clove of garlic, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix everything well, preferably always stir well in between.
- Arrange and sprinkle with fresh, grated Parmesan.
