Ingredients

  • 1 leek
  • 1 can tangerine (s)
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 2 small apples, tart ones
  • 0.5 ½ head Chinese cabbage
  • 4 fried chicken breasts
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • salt and pepper
  • Worcester sauce

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the leek and cut into wafer-thin rings. Strain the tangerine and cut the bananas into slices. Squeeze the lime and pour the juice over the banana slices.
  2. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Prepare the Chinese cabbage and cut into fine strips. Put everything in a bowl.
  3. Mix the cream, creme fraîche, curry, honey, salt, pepper and Worcester sauce and season to taste. Cut the fried chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, spread on the salad and pour the salad sauce over them.
