For the dressing:
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon, heaped honey, liquid
- 1 teaspoon fruit vinegar
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
- salt and pepper
- Salad herbs

- Peel the cucumber and slice it finely, add a little salt and let it steep.
- Mix all other ingredients for the dressing together well. Squeeze out the cucumber slices and add them to the dressing. Mix well and serve.
