Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber (s), untreated
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 bunch dill (alternatively dried tablespoon dill)
- 1 cup yogurt (whole milk yogurt)
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

- Wash the cucumber well and do not peel it, then cut into ½ cm thick sticks.
- Finely dice the onions. Wash the dill and dry it well.
- Now mix the yoghurt with the dill and all the other ingredients well and season to taste. Pour the mixture over the cucumber and fold in slightly.
