Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 2 tablespoon onion (s), finely chopped
- 350 g yourt
- 1 tablespoon oil, (safflower oil, to taste)
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cumin
- teaspoon ⅛ cayenne pepper
- salt
- Coriander greens, chopped or
- dill
- Parsley, smooth
- possibly cress

- Peel, core and coarsely grate the cucumber, mix with the onions and mix thoroughly with the yoghurt and oil.
- Briefly heat the cumin in a non-stick pan, remove from the heat and quickly stir in a little of the yogurt mixture. Add the mixture to the rest of the mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
- Finally, season with the spices and herbs. Serve chilled with curries. Also tastes great as a side dish when grilling.
