- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 tablespoon mint, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin, roasted, ground
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
- 1 pinch chili powder
- Mint, (leaves)

- Mix the yoghurt in a bowl until creamy. Peel and coarsely grate the cucumber, mix with yoghurt. Stir in the mint and spices. Put Raita in a cool place. Garnish with mint leaves.
- Tip: Goes well with spicy curries.
