Ingredients
- 400 g noodles, (spiral noodles)
- 300 g paprika, pickled rilled (from the jar)
- 180 g feta cheese, (rouhly diced)
- 45 g walnuts, roasted and rouhly chopped
- 500 g chicken, (rilled chicken) rouhly cut
- salt
- 0.5 ½ bunch basil
- 45 ml red wine vinegar
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 3 teaspoons mustard
- pepper

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain and rinse with cold water. Drain the peppers and collect the oil and save about 8 tablespoon. Roughly chop the peppers and combine with the chicken, feta, noodles, walnuts and basil in a bowl. Mix the saved oil with vinegar, mustard and garlic to make a dressing. Add the dressing to the salad and mix in. Let it steep for half an hour. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
