Ingredients
- 250 g pasta, short (e.. penne, fusilli, riatoni)
- 50 ml butter
- 1 onion (s), chopped
- 2 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper (s), diced
- 50 ml flour
- 625 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- 250 g feta cheese, diced
- 125 ml parmesan, grated
- 125 ml olives, black, seedless, sliced (optional)
- 2 tablespoon dill or parsley, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano, dried

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add onion, garlic and paprika and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Stir in flour, after about 3 minutes, stir in milk and tomato paste and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the pasta and stir in. Add the feta, half of the parmesan, olives and herbs.
- Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
