Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach leaves and then chop them into small pieces.
  2. Mix the shrimp with the soy sauce and the chopped garlic and let it steep for about 1 hour.
  3. Then fry the shrimp briefly in a pan with a little oil.
  4. Whisk the eggs, season with a little salt and pepper and add the chopped spinach.
  5. Add to the shrimp in the pan and let it set.
  6. Serve with a baguette.
