Ingredients

• 500 g spinach (seasoned spinach, fine frozen)
• 1 cup cream cheese
• 1 cup crème fraîche
• 500 ml stock (sort to taste)

Instructions

1. Heat the stock in the pot, add the spinach and bring to the boil.
2. Slowly stir in the creme fraiche and cream cheese. Boil everything briefly and season to taste if necessary.
