Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, eggs, spinach and salt into a thick batter. Cook spaetzle from it. Quench well and set aside.
  2. Dice the onion and ham. Braise the onion in a saucepan, add the ham and braise with it. Deglaze with white wine or broth, add the cream and stir.
  3. Put the spaetzle with sauce in a roasting pan and let it steep for another 20 minutes at 50 - 100 degrees.
