Turn the chicken breast fillet, wild garlic, nettles, onions and garlic through a meat grinder and process as mince. Then add all the spices and knead with the eggs and some breadcrumbs. Mix in the neutral oil, rapeseed oil or similar, so that the dumplings don`t get too dry.
Shape dumplings and turn again in breadcrumbs, sprinkle with sweet paprika powder. Then fry in a pan with hot oil until brown and cooked through.
I had potato wedges as a side dish and paprika threads for decoration. Alternatively, noodles with grated goat cheese also fit.
