Instructions

  1. Mix the butter at room temperature with the cream cheese. Also works with the electric whisk.
  2. Wash the spring onions, remove any wilted parts, cut into very thin rings with a sharp knife, mix with the butter and cream cheese mixture, season with salt and pepper and a touch of chili powder.
  3. Tastes great on bread but also with jacket potatoes.
