Instructions

  1. Work the flour with a pinch of salt and water into a firm pasta dough. Place in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, briefly fry the minced meat and chopped onion, season with salt, soy sauce and pepper. Finally add the finely chopped white cabbage and fry again briefly.
  3. Warm up the pan. Spread a little dough on top so that a thin, round sheet of dough is formed. Cover the dough with some filling and fold it together, first roll the top and bottom edges and then roll up.
  4. Bake the spring roll in hot oil until golden and drain on kitchen roll. To save time, I often use store-bought dough instead of homemade dough.
