Next, beat the eggs + sugar + vanilla sugar in a bowl until frothy (hand mixer). Then add the oil and the sprite and whisk everything together. Finally add the flour and baking powder and work everything into a smooth dough.
Now spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The whole thing has to be in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
When the cake is a nice golden color, remove it and soak it with condensed milk. Then spread the jam about half a cm thick on it. Now let the cake cool down.
Finally, sprinkle the whole thing with powdered sugar so that the cake turns nice and white from above.
