Instructions

  1. Cook the spaetzle in salted water until it is done. Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry in the wok with the sesame oil. Season with salt, pepper and Chinese spices.
  2. Then take the meat out of the wok and mix it with the sweet and sour sauce. Put the whole thing aside for now.
  3. Now fry the vegetables with a little soy sauce and season with salt. At the end of the roasting time, add the egg and stir well until it coagulates. Then add the spaetzle and meat and mix well.
