- Fry the sausage rolls in a little clarified butter until they have turned a nice color, remove them.
- Fry the bread cubes in a little clarified butter over medium heat until they are nice and crispy, take out.
- Mix the mustard, syrup, vinegar, oil and onion well, should be slightly creamy, season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the salad on 4 plates.
- Mix the sausage and bread briefly with the sauce and add to the salad (maybe add a few croutons as a decoration).
