Put the sunflower oil in a saucepan and sweat the onion, previously cut into cubes. Fry the minced meat on top.
Currently cut the cucumber in half and remove the core with a teaspoon. Then cut into finger-thick crescents and add them to the pot. Sear everything a little, then add the vegetable stock and let the cucumber cook until soft. Once this is done, mix in the remaining ingredients and serve on a plate.
Optionally, if you like, you can also add potato cubes or just slices of toast. How you like it.
