Ingredients

  • 2 large stewed cucumber (s) or vegetable cucumber
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 200 g cream
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 5 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon dill, frozen is also possible
  • 2 tablespoon cress
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • some salt and pepper, green, to taste
  • potato (s)

Instructions

  1. Put the sunflower oil in a saucepan and sweat the onion, previously cut into cubes. Fry the minced meat on top.
  2. Currently cut the cucumber in half and remove the core with a teaspoon. Then cut into finger-thick crescents and add them to the pot. Sear everything a little, then add the vegetable stock and let the cucumber cook until soft. Once this is done, mix in the remaining ingredients and serve on a plate.
  3. Optionally, if you like, you can also add potato cubes or just slices of toast. How you like it.
