Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and vegetables into small cubes, quarter the mushrooms.
  2. First fry the onions in a pan with a little butter. Then add the peppers and zucchini. Fry until they get a little color. Finally add the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. I also seasoned a chicken leg and fried it in a separate pan.
