Divide the broccoli into florets. Finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices.
Heat some oil in the wok and first fry the broccoli for 2 minutes while stirring. Then add onions, garlic and ginger. Fry for another 2 minutes and then add the mushrooms. Fry for 2 minutes, then add the oyster sauce, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 3 minutes.
At the same time, cook the pasta. Drain the pasta and serve with the vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
