Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ head broccoli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cm ginger, fresher
  • 200 g mushrooms, brown
  • 3 teaspoon sauce (vegan oyster sauce)
  • 6 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g pasta (somen)
  • 3 tablespoon oil, neutral
  • possibly sesame

Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli into florets. Finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices.
  2. Heat some oil in the wok and first fry the broccoli for 2 minutes while stirring. Then add onions, garlic and ginger. Fry for another 2 minutes and then add the mushrooms. Fry for 2 minutes, then add the oyster sauce, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 3 minutes.
  3. At the same time, cook the pasta. Drain the pasta and serve with the vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
