Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic)

  • 3 onion (s)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 15 olives filled with peppers
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 2 apples
  • 40 g mararine
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 70 g almond (s), chopped
  • 2 tablespoon sultanas
  • 1 pinch clove powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and mash it with salt. Peel the onions and cut into very fine cubes. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel, quarter, core and cut into strips. Cut the drained olives into very thin slices. Peel apples, cut into eighths, core and cut into 2 mm thin slices.
  2. Heat the margarine in a pan. Let the onion cubes and garlic in 5 min. Translucent, but not brown. Add the minced meat and roast gently for 3 minutes while turning. Add olives, apples, almonds and sultanas and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Then carefully fold in the tomatoes and the peeled bananas, cut into 1/2 cm thick slices. Season to taste with cloves, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt and lemon juice. Serve in a preheated bowl with baguette.
