Mix all ingredients well except for the rice and 100 ml milk, then add the rice. Cook for about 20-30 minutes, then the rice should be relatively soft, if necessary simmer a little longer.
Now add the 100 ml milk and stir. Transfer the rice to a baking dish and bake in the oven on the top shelf at 220 ° C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes.
The rice surface is quite dark, piebald. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon. If you like, you can also add fruits to the rice (e.g. apples, cherries, peaches).
