- Put the flour on a work surface, make a well, put all the ingredients in the well.
- Put the butter / margarine in a saucepan and heat over a low flame. Add the liquid butter / margarine. Mix everything together and knead well.
- Work the dough into a stollen. (Shape like a bread and fold in a third.)
- Preheat oven. Grease the baking sheet, place the stollen on it.
- 180 degrees, 2nd rail from the bottom, approx. 50 min. Baking time.
- Heat 50 g butter and spread on the warm stollen. Then dust with powdered sugar.
