Instructions

  1. Put the rock candy in an approx. 1.5 liter jar. Chop the strawberries, squeeze the mint a little with your hands and put both on the rock candy. Top up with the grain, the fruits should be covered. Let it steep in a dark place and shake regularly.
  2. After at least 4 weeks, strain the liqueur through a sieve lined with gauze, fill into clean bottles and enjoy.
