Ingredients
- 0.7 liters double grain
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 bunch mint
- 250 g rock suar

- Put the rock candy in an approx. 1.5 liter jar. Chop the strawberries, squeeze the mint a little with your hands and put both on the rock candy. Top up with the grain, the fruits should be covered. Let it steep in a dark place and shake regularly.
- After at least 4 weeks, strain the liqueur through a sieve lined with gauze, fill into clean bottles and enjoy.
