Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries (wild or monthly strawberries), very ripe
  • 200 g suar (white rock candy)
  • 1 bottle brandy (0.7L)

Instructions

  1. Put the washed, well drained strawberries in a bulbous bottle, pour in the rock candy and pour the brandy over them.
  2. After 4-6 weeks of rest, pour the liqueur through a fine sieve, then let it mature again in a cool place for a few weeks. A baby diaper made of fabric is even better than a fine sieve.
