  • 150 g rock suar, white
  • 600 ml vodka

Instructions

  1. Pluck the elderberries from the stalks, place in a glass with the mint leaves and sugar and pour over vodka.
  2. Let it steep for about 3 months, filter off and allow the liqueur to rest for another 1-2 months.
