Ingredients
- 300 g elderberries
- 2 g peppermint, Moroccan
- 150 g rock suar, white
- 600 ml vodka

- Pluck the elderberries from the stalks, place in a glass with the mint leaves and sugar and pour over vodka.
- Let it steep for about 3 months, filter off and allow the liqueur to rest for another 1-2 months.
