Ingredients
- 1 kg strawberries, fresh
- 10 leaves mint, fresh
- 1 teaspoon citric acid
- 1 bag / s preserving sugar 2:

- Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Wash the mint, shake off well and cut into small pieces. I use a chopping knife.
- Put everything in a large saucepan and mix with the preserving sugar. Let it steep for about 1 hour. Then bring to the boil at the highest level and cook for 4 min.
- Pour into prepared glasses while still boiling, screw on immediately and turn upside down.
- Turn over after approx. 20 minutes and allow to cool.
