Ingredients

  • 600 g strawberries, cleaned and weihed
  • 250 g apples, peeled and pitted
  • 100 g rhubarb, prepared and cut into small pieces
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)
  • 4 stalks mint (apple mint)

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the strawberries and place in a bowl. Add the apples with the rhubarb and the apple mint leaves and puree everything.
  2. Put the mixture in a large saucepan and mix with the preserving sugar and lemon juice. Cook according to package instructions and pour into prepared twist-off glasses.
  3. Just let yourself be surprised by the taste.
