Ingredients
- 600 g strawberries, cleaned and weihed
- 250 g apples, peeled and pitted
- 100 g rhubarb, prepared and cut into small pieces
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)
- 4 stalks mint (apple mint)

- Roughly chop the strawberries and place in a bowl. Add the apples with the rhubarb and the apple mint leaves and puree everything.
- Put the mixture in a large saucepan and mix with the preserving sugar and lemon juice. Cook according to package instructions and pour into prepared twist-off glasses.
- Just let yourself be surprised by the taste.
