Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Wash the mint, shake off well and cut into small pieces. I use a chopping knife.
  2. Put everything in a large saucepan and mix with the preserving sugar. Let it steep for about 1 hour. Then bring to the boil at the highest level and cook for 4 min.
  3. Pour into prepared glasses while still boiling, screw on immediately and turn upside down.
  4. Turn over after approx. 20 minutes and allow to cool.
