Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries
- 100 g suar, finer
- 100 ml water
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 170 ml vodka
- 50 ml heavy cream
- food coloring, red

- Mix the strawberries with the sugar, water and lemon juice in a blender so that they do not clump. Maybe not add all the sugar right away, because you can use a little less sugar with very sweet strawberries. Then add the vodka. Mix again and taste to see if there is still sugar left.
- Finally add the cream, mix only briefly. If you want, you can add some red food coloring, but it doesn`t have to be.
- Chill for 1-2 hours before drinking.
